REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

NO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGE POLICY. We have no returns, only exchange policy (in case of sizing issues or defects.) Please make sure to put in an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Exchange for an item cannot be done more than once. Terms and conditions: We offer exchanges in case of any defects, as long they are in unused condition and with the original packaging. You must make an unpacking video without cuts and edits from the beginning (where the outer package - the polythene bag with the label, is completely sealed) and show the defects in the video to have any claims of 'missing item' or 'defected item' accepted and it must be made within 48 hours of delivery! No claims will be accepted at any cost otherwise. We offer exchanges due to incorrect size. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, the customer will have to ship it by themselves to us and the shipping cost will be borne by them. Please mention your name and contact info on the return package. You can drop a mail to inquiries.pritee@gmail.com with the subject 'exchange - name - order number'. Once approved, we shall mail you the address to courier it back to us. The product should be in the original condition, and the return should be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Only the products which are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact in original packaging will be qualified for exchange. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
